All rights in the Pooka's Lair Trademarks are expressly reserved by the community administrators. Your participation in the community does not grant you any license or right to use these trademarks for any purpose whatsoever.

Donations and Use of Funds

All donations made to Pooka's Lair are considered voluntary contributions to support the operations and development of the community. By making a donation, you agree that Pooka's Lair has sole discretion over how the funds are used to further the community's mission and needs.
